MAY 10,2019:The Himalayan Welfare Organization-HWO, Pahalgam is organizing World Environment Day and the same day HWO will be presented second edition of prestigious "Himalayan Green Awards 2019" on 16th June 2019( Sunday) at Pahalgam. for different categories like education, environmental Conservation, Health,Medical Education, Physical Education,Print and Electronic Media, Tourism Development, Community Development, Social Services, Hospitality, Adventure Tourism etc....

Apart from awardees some teachers and other social workers are also being presented with certificates of appreciation of honour for their extraordinary role in spreading the importance of education, activism and social services ....recognition of the general role and significance of societal service to wider social development and upliftment.

We congratulate advance each one of the recipients awardees , thank them for their efforts and wish them all the very best ahead. There were also a number of other people who were deserving of felicitation and honour, and if not getting the awards or certificate of appreciation this year doesn't mean we do not appreciate their efforts. We do hope they continue to serve the society in the times to come so we can duly include them next time, Inshallah.
